Gyan Darshan Bhattarai is an Assistant Professor of Law at Tribhuvan University. He holds an LL.M. degree from Tribhuvan University and an M.B.E. degree from the University of Delhi. His research interests lie in Constitutional Law and the intersection of Law and Economy. He teaches subjects such as Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Evidence Law, Interpretation of Statutes, and Fiscal Law.
